SkyfireX - where is the horizon

Let me ask you all a question

Say i'm doing some heating of a beaker of water.

I put the beaker of water on an electric stove.

Heat the beaker to the required temperature.

Turn off the electric stove.

Hey why is the temperature of the water still rising?

omg why is it boiling?
